This article talks about how Obama administration will attempt to extend health care coverage with at 634 billion reserve fund, and basically he would pay for half the plan with a new tax hike on wealthy Americans. His goal is to bring down the cost of care and to get universal coverage. Especially in a time of crisis, was it necessary for Obama to increase taxes? However, this step is not consider as an awesome achievement, rather a big step in acquiring universal health care.
