Can Iran make a Nuke?

Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was asked if Iran had the fissile materials to make a nuke, Mullen responded to this with his belief that they do have enough to make a nuclear weapon. (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090302/ap_on_re_us/mullen_iran)

My thoughts: This struck me as a return to the previous time in which we just came from because didn't we just have an entire war fought in Iraq to deal with weapons of mass destruction that Iraq supposedly had and basically it seems like we are going back to the old problem of just pointing fingers at the middle east and saying that they have weapons of mass destruction and that is one of the things that I believe led us down the road to the depression we are in now because of all the costs of putting an army in a different country and providing for them. Yet Mullen agrees with Obama's plan of pulling out our troops from Iraq even though he thinks that Iran can make a nuke. This shows the faith that people are putting in Obama and his plans for the future.
